​Our warranty is engineered based on rigorous material testing. We protect your investment through a calculated, multi-tiered assurance system:

  • ​1. Lifetime Structural Warranty (The Sink Body & Core Density): Guaranteed for a Lifetime (Lifetime Warranty) against structural cracks, thermal shock fractures, or deep material degradation. The physical composite body of a San Pedro sink is built to endure as long as your kitchen stands.
  • ​2. 13-Year Core Aesthetic & Finish Warranty: Guaranteed for 13 Years against surface erosion, peeling of the top protective layer, or localized composite pitting under heavy daily usage.
  • ​3. 10-Year Molecular Color Stability Warranty: Guaranteed for 10 Years against UV fading, permanent chemical discoloration, or uniform yellowing, ensuring the premium pigmentation remains true to its original tone.

​II. Inspection Upon Receipt (Full Right of Review)

​To ensure your absolute satisfaction and peace of mind before any financial commitment:

  • ​Pre-Payment Inspection: Customers have the absolute right to thoroughly unbox and inspect the product for any transit-related damage or casting defects before finalizing payment to the courier.
  • ​Right of Refusal: You are fully entitled to refuse the shipment if the product does not meet your expectations or if the courier restricts your physical inspection.
  • ​Management Escalation: If any courier representative restricts your right to inspect, please contact San Pedro Designs management immediately to safeguard your consumer rights.

​III. Returns & Exchanges (The "Absolute Confidence" Policy)

  • ​30-Day "No-Questions-Asked" Exchange: We offer a 30-day window for product exchanges, provided the item is completely uninstalled and retained in its original pristine condition.
  • ​14-Day Technical Return: If any structural or technical manufacturing defect is identified during the initial installation phase, the product is eligible for a immediate full return within 14 days of receipt.

​IV. Warranty Activation & Material Stewardship

  • ​The Registered Certificate: The official stamped warranty certificate, indicating the verified date of delivery, is the core document required to activate and process your technical protection.
  • ​Exclusions & Stewardship: This warranty covers legitimate manufacturing and material failures. It does not cover violent mechanical impact (e.g., heavy tool drops), usage of non-approved industrial acids, or installation errors caused by third-party contractors.
  • ​San Pedro Technical Support: To ensure seamless implementation, we highly recommend consulting our support line prior to installation to ensure structural standards are met.
