To ensure a seamless experience, we provide a transparent and flexible return and exchange window, backed by our 10-year warranty on product durability.
1. Return & Exchange Window
- 14-Day Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a full return.
- 30-Day Exchanges: We offer an extended 30-day window for product exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit for your space.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same pristine condition as received.
- Packaging: The product must remain in its original, undamaged packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
3. Mandatory Inspection Upon Delivery
As part of our commitment to transparency and our Dual-Quality Inspection system:
- Customer Right: You are required to inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery in the presence of the shipping representative.
- Courier Management: If the courier restricts or refuses to allow a physical inspection, please contact San Pedro Designs management immediately to safeguard your rights.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that show signs of:
- Installation: Items that have been mounted or connected to plumbing.
- Modification: Any presence of silicone residue, plumbing marks, or structural alterations.
5. Damaged or Defective Goods (Important)
We conduct rigorous quality checks before every shipment. However, in the rare event of transit damage:
- Report the damage immediately upon inspection.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the condition of the packaging.
- We will arrange a Complimentary Replacement or a full refund for any items damaged during the shipping process.
6. Complimentary Return Shipping
To provide a worry-free shopping experience, we offer Free Return Shipping. If you wish to return or exchange your product for any reason, no additional shipping fees will be charged, provided the item is maintained in its original, uninstalled condition and packaging.
7. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and passes our technical inspection, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 6 business days.
